It's a brand new week, filled with promises and endless possibilities. Let's get this day started. Good Morning! ✨️
First session began at 9:30 am with a melodic prayer song by Karishma. Our Principal, Dr. K. Y. Benedict took charge of the session and made us aware of the duties that we ought to execute in the coming weeks. He mainly insisted on:
- Observation of sample video lessons ( both Indian and foreign classrooms )

- Preparation for school induction programme
- Lesson plan template structure in view of our optional subjects
- Discussion lesson template
He also encouraged us to ensure systematic note taking for better outcomes. He specified the need for a 5 subject notebook and suggested certain tips for presenting the same in an organized manner.
Further, Benedict sir rendered an elaborate discussion on - Formative assessment, Summative assessment, Mastery learning.
What? ➡️ Content formulation
How? ➡️ The methods to be adopted using the content formulated
Overall, it was a very interesting and informative session.
