Physical education
fosters personal and community wellness by empowering students to attain healthy, lifelong attitudes and behaviours through physical activity as part of the total educational experience. It promotes a physically active lifestyle and helps in developing self-esteem and sportsmanship skill. The purpose of physical education is to instill in students, at an early stage, the value of self preservation and choosing a lifestyle that is good for both the mind and body.

"Our youth should also be educated with music and physical education." - Aristotle

The day commenced with George sir's class on Physical Education. He insisted us to jot down two major points that immediately strikes our mind, once we hear the term 'Physical Education'. We acquired more awareness on the need and importance of physical education, together with its aims and objectives. On the whole, it was a captivating class which brought us so much comfort amidst the little worries within us.




The next session began with a heart-warming prayer song by Anju. Gibi ma'am introduced to us, one of the methods of psychology-
Introspection. She engaged us in an activity, which was nothing but self analysing our own minds. A few of my batchmates shared the components they inferred while looking deep into their mental process. Gibi ma'am also advised us on how to tackle bitter situations and develop a positive outlook towards life.

We had our optional class during the last hour. Sr. Jisha expressed an excellent thought on 'Gratitude'.

"Do not take things for granted, take things with gratitude."

Sreeja presented her seminar topic on 'Contributions of Great Mathematician Brahmagupta'.



Finally, Deepthi ma'am explained about-
Bloom's Digital Taxonomy and its Advantages.
